  • The Mother's Union has a world-wide membership of over 4 million who work to provide Christian care for families in their local communities. 
  • The Staplegrove branch meets monthly usually in St John's Church, Staplegrove

Mother's Union Banner Group

  • Calling all sewers, embroiderers, patch workers, quilters, weavers and knitters
  • Staplegrove branch are hoping to create new banner, which will be in memory of Tina Brownlow, and we are looking for anyone who would like to be involved with the project

News from the Banner Group Coffee Morning

  • A coffee morning was held in Church on Friday April 20th to raise funds for the materials to make a new Branch Banner
  • Coffee, tea and cakes were served and there was a well stocked produce stall
  • The event was very well attended and £150 was raised
  • Many thanks go to all those who so generously supported this project

13th December  Advent Celebration followed by seasonal refreshments 7.30pm (at St. John's Church)
10th January  Branch Communion Service and AGM 5.30 - 7pm (please note the change of time for this meeting)
14th February Joint meeting with MU members from Wiveliscombe and West Monkton. MU Wave of Prayer with a soup lunch 1pm (at St. John's Church)
